Gomez, who started all three games for Paraguay at the Copa America this summer, tied his club future to Milan until 2021.
He joins Leonel Vangioni and Gianluca Lapadula as summer signings at Milan, who earlier on Friday announced a deal to sell the club to a Chinese consortium.
