Donovan Mitchell ranked fourth in the NBA in fourth-quarter scoring (477 points) last season but went scoreless in the final frame Friday night, going 0-of-7 from the floor as the Warriors rallied. "A lot of them I think I settled a little bit," Mitchell said. "I could definitely get to the rim a little bit more."

The Utah Jazz went 16-of-19 on shots in the restricted area during the first half of Thursday's preseason game against the Sacramento Kings, putting them on pace for 32 such field goals. According to Second Spectrum tracking, just two teams made at least 30 shots in the restricted area during a 2017-18 game: the L.A. Lakers on December 31 (32) and the Denver Nuggets on February 25 (30), both against the Houston Rockets.
