It's getting chippy in Little Caesar's Arena. Sterling Brown and Andre Drummond go forehead to forehead exchanging words. Both players are issued a tech. Funnily enough, before the game, Mike Budenholzer was commending his players for staying cool in a playoff series that has seen quite a few players ejected and/or T'ed up.

Griffin (knee) starts, but Pistons now in 0-3 hole

Pistons forward Blake Griffin returned from a knee injury to start Game 3 against the Bucks, but his presence wasn't enough as Detroit dropped to 0-3 in the first-round series.

Blake Griffin's warm up will determine whether or not he plays in Game 3 tonight, Dwane Casey says. Casey said that Griffin is feeling "much much better." He's out on the court warming up as I type.

The Bucks do not have Tony Snell listed on their injury report for Game 3. While that doesn't necessarily mean Snell will play, he had been listed as "out" on every injury report since he sprained his ankle last month. Gasol, Brogdon and DiVincenzo are all listed as out.

Mike Budenholzer said there's a "small" chance Tony Snell — who has been out since Mid-March with an ankle sprain — will be available for Game 3 between the Bucks and the Pistons. Both he and Malcolm Brogdon will make the trip.

Giannis said that any frustration he showed during the game came from his body hurting. He said he thinks Mike Budenholzer has done a good job limiting his minutes.

Before the game, Dwane Casey stressed the importance of a strong first quarter for the Pistons. In Game 1, the Pistons trailed by 20 after one. In game 2 today, the Pistons trail by just 11. Shooting just 5-of-16 from 3 is hurting them.
