Mets trade disgruntled OF Broxton to Orioles

Keon Broxton, who said he was "surprised" by his lack of playing time despite batting just .143 in 34 games with the Mets, was traded to the O's in exchange for international bonus pool money.

The Orioles have reached the century mark. The homer that Clint Frazier hit against David Hess is the 100th that the O's have allowed this season. They did it in 48 games, or nine games faster than the previous fastest (2000 Royals). Baltimore is on pace to surrender 338 homers, which would be 80 more than the current record.
