Howland: Tennessee, not Kentucky, tops in SEC

Mississippi State coach Ben Howland said Wednesday that Tennessee, not Kentucky, is "the team to beat" in the Southeastern Conference this season. Howland said the Volunteers' experience gives them the edge over the Wildcats.

Schofield out of draft, returning to Tennessee

Admiral Schofield, considered a second-round prospect at best, has withdrawn his name from the NBA draft and will return to Tennessee for his senior season. He said the evaluation has taught him where he needs to improve.
