Bracket projection: Virginia Tech

When we last saw the Virginia Tech Hokies (21-11), they gave a Jekyll-and-Hyde-type performance in a second-round ACC tourney loss to Notre Dame -- building and then blowing a 21-point lead to the Fighting Irish. Despite the come-from-ahead loss, the Hokies had a pretty stress-free Selection Sunday because they had victories over ACC royalty North Carolina, Virginia, and Duke in their back pocket. Coach Buzz Williams' guard-oriented squad can be a dangerous draw in this tourney because its fast break is a sight to behold. The Hokies are deadly from long range, and they play with the boundless energy of their head coach. Can Virginia Tech put the second-half collapse vs. Notre Dame in the rearview mirror and make a nice run in the Big Dance?
