Grier, Okoronkwo, Ryen named Big 12 Players of the Week
Will Grier was named the Big 12's Offensive Player and Newcomer of the Week after his five-TD performance in West Virginia's comeback win vs. Texas Tech. Oklahoma's Ogbonnia Okoronkwo recorded a career-high five QB hurries en route to winning Defensive Player of the Week, while Iowa State's Trever Ryen's impressive performance in the Cyclones' shutout of Kansas earned him Special Teams Player of the Week.

By virtue of Iowa State's upset Saturday in Norman, Oklahoma's 17-game conference win streak came to an end. That's the third-longest such streak in the Big 12 since its evolution from the Big Eight in 1996.
TCU takes over the top spot in the Big 12 after Oklahoma fell at home to Iowa State.
