Anthony Joshua is back to work after enjoying a well-earned Christmas break.
Joshua, WBA and IBF world heavyweight champion, posted a picture of himself "back to work" on Wednesday with Prince Harry, who has been guest-editing on Radio 4.
Back to work this morning! Congrats on everything this year & no pressure on the R4 guest edit! 😉 P.s. Need a best man? 🤷🏾♂😅👑 pic.twitter.com/SA6VjEQqgC— Anthony Joshua (@anthonyfjoshua) December 27, 2017
He also stated the one thing he wanted for Christmas was a fight date with WBO champion Joseph Parker.
"You know what I would like?" Joshua told Sky Sports. "A fight contract from Parker signed."
While that contract is yet to be officially confirmed, Joshua did reveal he enjoyed Christmas but is now ready to get back to work after enjoying time away from the gym.
"It's a nice day to relax, it's like having a day off, a weekend off," Joshua said. "That's what Christmas day is like.
"All you want to do is relax and eat good food, but the difference is, it's not a work weekend, it's a festive period, so you're in good spirits."
Joshua described a mix of cultural food for the family, including pounded yams and traditional turkey and trimmings, as well as refusing to entertain the thought of Brussels sprouts.
